The dining room has a low vaulted ceiling and a massive open fireplace. Here there is another table which seats sixteen and, with a crackling fire in the grate, it's easy to imagine the clash of Crusaders swords and to revel in the simple comforts of a medieval life. For alfresco dining there is also a large circular wooden table on the flagstoned terrace.
